Movie star Eric Roberts will be our headline guest at Time Eddy III. He played the Master in the 1996 classic but is equally well know for starring roles in Batman: The Dark Knight, Runaway Train, King of the Gypsies and Star 80, and hundreds of other movie and TV appearances.
We are thrilled to announce that William Russell will be our guest of honor at Time Eddy III in Wichita, KS. He appeared alongside William Hartnell (The Doctor) in the first ever episode of the show. He went on to appear in over 70 episodes before he left the series.
As the original cast member William Russell was onscreen for the first appearance of the TARDIS. He was also the first companions to visit Skaro and face the Daleks, along with the late Jacqueline Hill. Carole Ann Ford sadly cannot now join us.
Classic companion Jo Grant AKA Katy Manning will be making her long awaited TE debut after a last minute work cancellation two years ago. We are delighted to welcome the popular actress who has enjoyed a second career as the Time Lady Iris Wildthyme. Mathematical genius and Cybermen vanquisher Adric (Matthew Waterhouse) will also be joining us as announced during our hugely successful fundraiser for KTPS8.
Following the success of last year’s Ravalox Remixes concert, Doctor Who composer Dominic Glynn will be returning to Wichita with a live show featuring tracks from his Happiness Patrol remix EP. Novachild will again be providing the visuals for this huge Saturday night event. Another returning favorite is Script Editor Andrew Cartmel who appeared at TE1. Cartmel recently published “The Vinyl Detective” but he is best known among Who fans for his Masterplan that drove the storyline during the McCoy era.
Science fiction would be nothing without a basis in science fact and we plan to explore this angle at TEIII with the help of TV space historian Amy Shira Teitel. You can catch Amy on the Science Channel, American Heroes Channel, Syfy, and the Travel Channel.
